FitExpo '24 Detailed Schedule

Accessing and Viewing Breakout Sessions at FitExpo '24​

We're excited to have you join us at this year's FitExpo! To ensure you have the best experience and don't miss out on any of our engaging breakout sessions, please follow these steps:

1. Download the Collegiate FitExpo App: First things first, make sure you download the Collegiate FitExpo App available in the Apple App Store or Google Play. This is your gateway to accessing everything the Expo has to offer.
2. Session Selection Opens Soon: Mark your calendars! Session selection will officially open on Tuesday, February 13th at 12pm EST. Prepare to choose from a wide array of sessions designed to inspire, educate, and motivate.
3. Log In With Your Registered Email: To access the session signup feature, you'll need to log into the Collegiate FitExpo App using the email address you used to register for FitExpo. It's crucial that you use this specific email as it's the only one that will grant you access to the app's functionalities, including session signups.
   1. ​If you receive an error message attempting to login because the system is trying to force you to login through Single SignOn (SSO) with your university, please follow the directions on this video to set an IMleagues password.
      
4. Session Registration Guidelines: When signing up for sessions, please note that you can only register for one session per time block. If a session is full and you're placed on a waitlist, don't worry—the waitlist will continue to update until 5 minutes before the session starts. Additionally, any session held in the MCSC Ballrooms is open to all registered attendees and has unlimited capacity.
5. Arriving at Your Session: To make your entrance as smooth as possible, please have your smartphone ready with the Collegiate FitExpo App open when you arrive at your session. This will greatly expedite the check-in process and get you seated faster.
